West Hollywood, CA

The owner of this condominium moved out and we completely gutted the 2,500 square foot unit. A contemporary style kitchen was installed with all new cabinets and appliances. The four bathrooms also received a make over with new vanities, fixtures, glass and tile.

With a strong desire to have a great space to watch movies, the client decided to allocate two back to back bedrooms and an adjacent bathroom for the project. Starting with a design for a home theater in hand, the rooms were demo'd and the new space was lined with acoustic building materials to create a "quiet room". From there we built a custom 8-seat home cinema that includes a projector and 123" screen, 7.2 surround sound, starfield ceiling, lighting control, acoustic wall treatments, hidden equipment rack, blu-ray storage, and custom candy counter. The finished product turned the desire to watch movies into a wonderful room in their home that allows the client an escape to immerse themselves in the world of cinema.

Beverly Hills, CA

We built a very large deck that cantilevered over a steep hillside. A retaining wall was required to support the existing pool and another for the new golf tee box. A fireplace, BBQ, sink and refrigerator were installed on the new deck. We then added a new sub-terrain 2-car garage, laundry room, mechanical room, guest quarters and bathroom.

Malibu Ranch, CA

An enormous amount of construction defects were discovered after escrow closed so a complete make over of a brand new 10,000 sq. ft. home ensued. We stripped a major portion of the house to bare studs and corrected mainly the mechanical deficiencies. The kitchen totally had to be replaced as well as all flooring and tile.

We then ventured outdoors and installed huge entry gates with pavers in the driveway highlighted with a fountain at the entry. Then we landscaped almost 5 acres with over 3,000 trees and plants. Installed an extra large infinity edge pool with BBQ, fountains and then concluded with a 6-stall stallion barn, hot walker, arena and service roads.

Westwood, CA

This project consisted of an addition and renovation to an existing two-story Monterey-style residence built in 1930. An earlier one-story addition completed in 1986 was demolished down to the existing subfloor, and a new two-story addition was built on the same, but slightly expanded footprint. The exterior retained the existing traditional style while the interior rooms of the addition, Family Room, Kitchen and Laundry Room on the first floor and Master Bedroom & Bathroom on the second floor, were constructed with modern details, fixtures and finishes to satisfy the clients' exquisite taste for modern art and design

Pacific Palisades, CA

The client's decided to purchase this newly constructed 7500 sq. ft. house for the great location with its stunning ocean views; however, the existing residence was a poorly designed and detailed Spanish-style home that needed a major facelift and several upgrades to comply with code. We stripped the building down to the studs, and with the architect's vision and the client's exquisite tastes, we transformed the house capturing the romance of the Spanish Riviera with vaulted ceilings, mahogany woodwork, elegant tile work, antique doors and other fine details. The highlight of the renovation was a dramatic stair with a wrought iron balustrade that wrapped up three stories culminating at a new fifty-foot long glass-roofed solarium and adjoining roof deck.

West Hills, CA

We added on an additional 1,200 sq. ft to the existing 2,500 sq. ft. We also did a complete make-over on the rest of the house, with the exception of the kitchen that had been recently done.

Mobile Home

This is not your mother's typical mobile home. This home was totally gutted and upgraded; new doors/windows, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets and flooring.

What a distinct variety we have here. They are as different as the personalities of the various owners are. The choices of tile, vanities, shower glass, plumbing fixtures and wall coverings are huge.

There are quite a variety of kitchens here. The cabinets in the Malibu project are all hand carved and done locally. The Westwood residence cabinets were custom built in Germany and caesarstone was used for counter tops. The West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the Mobile Home projects cabinets were custom built locally.
